TPT is New Zealand’s largest log exporter, operating in world markets since 1997. Our size allows for extensive market coverage and enables TPT suppliers to benefit from the economies of scale generated from export volume in excess of 4 million JAS m3 per annum between New Zealand, Australia and the United States.
TPT currently exports into all major softwood log markets across Asia as well as the Middle East and Pacific. Offices in Korea and China, and representatives in Asia and the Middle East, ensure high levels of customer service and a continuous presence in the markets.
TPT's experienced log export team has a proven track record within the industry and across all aspects of exporting and forestry management. TPT has 20 staff based in New Zealand’s Port of Tauranga and a further 10 staff working from offices in Australia, USA, China, South Korea and India.
TPT’s staff has an extensive and diverse history within the forest industry across the globe and across all facets of the industry, including establishment, silviculture, harvesting, sales & marketing, shipping, pulp and paper and sawmilling.
